Greetings and welcome to the Center for Leadership and Service.  My name is Jonathan Brown, and I serve as the Associate Dean for Student Programs and Leadership here in the Center for Leadership and Service.  I have been working in Washington community colleges student services since 1995.  Highline is a rich and vibrant community that I have come to deeply respect.  The commitment and dedication of our students is inspiring.  Watching and participating in the transformation of our student leaders’ lives is an honor to behold!   At Highline, I manage and coordinate the extra-curricular and co-curricular offerings to students along with my excellent colleagues and student paraprofessionals.  I have a MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University and am completing a doctoral degree at the University of Washington in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. In my off hours I enjoy running and spending time with my wife and two kids.

Noory Kim

Hello everyone! My name is Noory Kim and I was actually a student once at Highline and went on to study Psychology at Seattle University. Now I’m back at Highline as the Leadership Advisor for the Center for Leadership and Service. I was deeply moved while being a student here at Highline and am privileged and honored to be back serving as a mentor to the students. It really is a dream come true  and one out of my many favorite parts about this position is to watch the students’ growth and build real relationships.
