Student Awards Ceremony

 

The HCC Student Awards Ceremony is an annual campus celebration to applaud student contributions for both academic achievement and campus involvement.  All are welcome to attend, especially awardees families and friends.

Selection Form for Activities and Departmental Awards

Online Submission Due Date: Friday April 26, 2013 (Deadline has been extended)

Please note the following:

  • No selections will be accepted after Friday April 26, 2013.

  • Advisor/Chair is responsible for notifying the student that they were selected for the award and invite them to attend the ceremony.  The Center for Leadership and Service office will follow-up with student to confirm RSVP only.

  • Advisor/Chair will provide a presenter for award(s) at the Awards Ceremony.  This presenter’s name will be listed in the Awards Ceremony program.
